Ingredients
- 2litres water
- 20 rooibos/redbush tea bags
- 65ml honey
- 5 star anise
- 2tablespoons whole black peppercorns
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ cup sugar
- 250ml aplle juice

Bring all the ingredients, except the juice, to the boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Allow to cool. Strain the tea mixture. Add the apple juice and decant into jugs. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
