- 2 vegetable stock cubes 1.5 litres

I like this recipi because it gives you the taste of winter and its a real warming soup. I made it myself when i was 6 and everyone loved it. it makes me feel happy this is for mum

1: Cut the top of the pumpkin and scoop all the inside and put into a bowl
2: chop the potatoes and onion
3: Add the potato onion an pumpkin in to a pan
4: add some butter and then let it simmer for 3-4 minutes
5: While it simmers boil a kettle with 1 litre of water add the stock the put in the bowl enough to cover the veg.
6: add the curry powder and the seasoning
7: let it cook for 45 minutes
8: let it cool
9: blend it up until smooth
10: warm up and...................
