Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
It's made with mostly fresh ingredients so healthier than most other curries. I made it for the first time on 25/10/2010

Create your paste by adding garlic and onion to a cold pan with oil and salt, on a low heat allow onion to sofen. once ingredients have sofened add spices allow oil to colour,
Add two cups of hot water and bring to a gentle simmer, add vegetable stock and allow to reduce for 10minutes.
Meanwhile add chopped tomatoes to a blender and blitz.
Once mixture has reduced add milk and flour, allow to thicken slightly. Once thick add tomatoes.
Now put rice into a pan and cover with two cups of cold water, bring to boil then stir with a folk turn to a simmer allow to absorb all the water.
Once rice is simmering add chicken to curry sauce. put flat breads in a low oven.
Once every thing is cooked stir rice with folk, add sugar and lemon juice into the curry,
