- 170g Thinly sliced Smoked Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly chopped Dill
- 2 Teaspoons Dried dill weed
- 1 Teaspoon Anchovy paste
- 1 Teaspoon Dill springs

1. Cook the pasta.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the cream and the cream cheese, beating them until they are smooth. Season with the lemon juice, anchovy paste and the pepper.
3. Cut the Salmon into ribbons and stir into the sauce with the chopped Dill.
4. Drain the pasta and transfer to heated dish. Pour the sauce on top of the pasta and garnish with dill springs.
