- 250g self raising flour
- 25g oats
- 200g soft brown sugar
- 200g butter
- 100g coconut
- 2 eggs beaten
- 350g frozen or fresh blackberries

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Preheat oven to gas 4, grease and line a baking tin or a 21cm square cake tin, weigh out coconut and add a little milk and leave aside to soak. sieve flour, oats and sugar into a large bowl and mix together, add the butter and rub in until you get small pea size pieces. Stir in the coconut the take out a cup and a half of the mixture and set aside. Stir the eggs into the mix in the large bowl, then spread over the bottom of the lined tin and smooth over with back of the spoon. Scatter over your blackberries or fruit of your choice, then finish of by scattering the remaining teacup mix, bake for 1 hr or 1hr 15mins until golden brown,
leave to cool remove from tin and slice into squares.
