I have always loved egg fried rice and this recipe is quick and lovely to eat.

Quite High heat place Wok and heat oil, When hot add egg and spring onions (chopped) add rice and soya sauce . season to taste...give quick stir......and thats that. Lovely......this is also a nice basic for special fried rice.....then you just add a few prawns, peas, and chicken pieces. Enjoy......
