Mix all ingredients together in bowl till it sticks to spoon and is well mixed.
Sprinkle Square cotton cloth with flour so that mix does not stick to cloth.
Tie the cloth tightly with string to form a round dumpling
In a large pot lay a small plate on the bottom (to stop pudding sticking to pot).
Pore some water in to the pot and bring to the boil (enough to cover pudding).
Boil pudding for 3 hours making sure that water does not boil away.
Now unwrap on a baking tray and put in a warm oven to dry (Β½ to ΒΎ of an hour at 175c).
Bring out of oven and let cool.
Enjoy!
