- 600g Chestnut puree
- 600g Pork sausage meat
- 350g Breadcrumbs
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 600g Chestnuts, quartered

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, walnuts and apple and fry until golden and softened.
2. Place the mixture to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
3. Use the mixture to stuff the turkey.
4. Any remaining mixture can be cooked for about 30 minutes in a separate roasting tin along with the turkey.
