1.Use a highball glass for this classic cocktail.
2. Pour in your vodka and orange juice.
3. Now, very gently, pour in the Galliano so that it effectively "floats" on top of the drink.
4. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cocktail swizzle stick.
Chef's Tips
Use fresh orange juice for this one if you can, it really does improve the flavor.
If you pour in the Galliano over an upturned spoon (back of a spoon) it will settle more gently and easily in the top of the drink and will not mix with the other ingredients.
