- 1 med. Onion
- 3 tbsp Beef Stock Liquid
- 2 tbsp Fromage frais (light)
- Salt and Pepper to taste

I like this recipe as it is low in fat adapted, but still full in the flavour.

1. Chop the onion, slice the peppers and the beef steak and quarter the mushrooms.
2. Fry of the onion until soft then add the lean steak to it.
3. Fry for a further minute, adding the vegetables and stock liquid.
4. Continue frying on medium heat until the meat is just cooked through and the vegetables still have bite.
5. Just at the end add the fromage frais and heat through, do not bring to boil as it will split.
Chef's Tips
If you prefer to have your meat well done and your vegetables soft, please add another 5 minutes cooking time.
