Chop the onions into small pieces, slice the mushrooms and chop up the pork fillets in to small strips.
Add olive oil and some unsalted butter to pan, get onions going for a few minutes, then add the chopped mushrooms, then add pork, cook until all pink covered, then add ¾ big tub of crème fraiche, 2 teaspoons of mustard, cook for about 12 minutes.
Green beans need about 6 mins in boiling water
Rice needs about 12 mins (stir only once after putting in pan and then leave until cooked) drain and pour over some recently boiled water when itβs in the drainer before returning to pan, this helps it not stick together!
