I created this garlic bread. It's easy and very tasty.

1.Place your pitta bread in toaster and toast for a few minutes on a low number.
2. Allow pitta bread to cool and then slip in half.
3. Spread the garlic butter on each piece of bread and place under a grill until golden brown.
TIP: Pitta bread to me is the best for a crunchy garlic bread.
You can make your own garlic butter but I buy mine from Tesco in small little tubs which is just perfect.
