Ingredients
- ½ pack taglietele or any other dried pasta
- 100 ml double cream
- 2 cloves sliced garlic
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- ½ pack chopped button mushrooms
- 3 tblspoons dried taragon
- 2 diced boneless chicken breasts
- 1 chicken jelly stock pot/ stock cube
- olive oil

heat butter and crushed garlic in a hot pan
add stock cube and let it dissolve
add your diced chicken breast
a pinch of salt and pepper
and constantly move chicken around pan until cooked (approx 4 mins)
add your chopped mushrooms and taragon and fry for another 5 mins
add your cream, turn down the heat and simmer for another 5 mins
In a sauce pan add your dried pasta, with a generous amount of salt and cover with boiling water
Simmer on a medium heat for 8 mins or until cooked
Strain off water and then add a splash of olive oil to pasta
mix pasta with chicken until coated in the sauce
and serve
