I have translated this recipe from a Portuguese book. It's lovely and easy to make. My friends and family love this dessert.

Make the pudim according to the packet instructions but DO NOT USE THE CARAMEL.
Let the pudim cool for about 10m.
Place some of the pudim in a dish.
Soak some rich tea biscuits in milk (just a little)then place a layer of soaked biscuits over the pudim.
Beat the cream until it holds then add the sugar.
Spread some of the cream over the biscuit.
Do the same again. The rest of the pudim then the soaked biscuits then the cream.(You should have two layers of each)
Crunch some of the leftover biscuits and sprinkle over the last layer of cream.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. This dessert needs to be very cold.
TIPS: To make the pudim looking extra special you could use a piping bag for the last layer of cream.
Sprinkles of chocolate over the top is extra special. Yummy.
