- 3 Hard boiled eggs
- 250 ml Cheese sauce

1. Pre-heat oven to 400F, Gas Mark 6, 200C
2. Place the vegetables into a greased pie dish.
3. Arrange the sliced hard boild eggs over the top of the vegetables.
4. Pour over the cheese sauce and cover with the mashed potato.
5. Sprinkle on the grated cheese and bake for about 30 minutes.
