Cheesey Vegetable Pie

this is a nice little pie when you do not feel like going the whole Hog

1. 1

   1. Cook mushrooms frying in separate pan
   
   2. Cook onion and leek until soft
   
   3. Leave to cool add the mushrooms and the onion and leek to a dish when cool add grain mustard to dish, salt and pepper to taste, mix all together.
   
   3. Mix half the grated cheese to the potatoes
   
   4. Put potatoes on top of the mixture top with remaining
   cheese
   
   5. Put in hot oven for around 20 Minutes until golden and looking good.
