Description
Cheap and easy to put together and you can make it as mild or as spicy as you prefer it.
Method

1
Brown mince in non stick pan, add garlic (chopped finely or grated).
Add worcestershire sauce.
Crumble oxo cube in and add water if needed, but keep mixture quite dry.
mix all spices together in small bowl and add about a heaped teaspoon of mixture to mince. (Add more or less of each spice to suit your own taste)
Cook for about 20 minutes until mince is cooked. Add in sliced pepper about 5-10 minutes before mince is cooked just to slightly soften it.
Taste and if you want it spicier add more of the spice mixture.
Heat tortillas one at a time in microwave for about 10 seconds.
Place some mince mixture on tortilla, then some lettuce, salsa, sour cream. Wrap tortilla up and enjoy.
This recipe also works well with chicken or thinly sliced steak.
If you have any left over spice mix sprinkle it over potatoes (cut into wedges) along with a drizzle of oil, before roasting in oven for 40 minutes.
Yummmmmmy :-)
