Ingredients
- 2oz Short grain rice
- 1 pint Milk
- 1oz Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1oz Butter in small cubes

Grease a 1 litre dish
Put rice, milk, sugar and butter in dish.
Sprinkle over nutmeg (can use cinnamon instead)
Put in preheated oven 150C for 2 to 2hrs 15 mins
till golden brown.
Can add handful of dried fruit before nutmeg and stir in
