Description

My nana Julie was italian, and my mama always made spag bol for me as a kid using her recipe. Now I have made my own with a slight twist, but it is yum!

Method

  1. 1

    1. Fry lean steak mince with some onions until browned.
    2. Add some black pepper to taste, and salt if you like
    3. Add 2 tins of tomato puree
    4. Add good sprinkle of dry mixed herbs
    5. Add a sprinkle of paprika.
    6. Add some boiling water if too thick.... though thick is yummy
    7. Boil up your pasta and serve into dishes
    8. Enjoy your meal
