Ingredients
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar preferably unrefined golden icing sugar

Description
Rum scented cream is marvellous with baked pineapple, puddings and of course apple tart.

Whip the cream until thick but not stiff. Mix the rum and icing sugar together until smooth. Stir the rum and sugar mixture into the cream. Pour into a bowl and serve.
