- 6 Crab
- Β½ cup Grated Coconut
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chili
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- Β½ tsp Cumin
- ΒΌ tsp Pepper
- Β½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Shallot (cut inot small pieces)
- Β½ tbsp Fennel
- 4 tbsp Refined Oil
- 2 stem Curry Leaves
- 2 Red Chili
- As Required Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tomato

Because I love seafood and Crabs are my favourite. My Aunty made this. I feel happy and satisfied. I would like to dedicate this to my parents, aunty and uncle & all seafood lovers

Clean the crab and cut into pieces. Cook the pieces with red chili powder (1/2 teaspoon), coriander powder (1 Teaspoon), turmeric Powder (1/4 teaspoon), salt and water.
In a pan pour refined oil. Add grated coconut, cumin, fennel,pepper, curry leaves, red chili, remaining coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry well. Grind this mixture.
Heat the remaining refined oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and green chili, saute well. Now add ginger and garlic paste and saute again for 2 minutes. To this add the grinded mixture. Mix Thoroughly. Now add the cooked crab pieces with 1 cup of water and boil. When the water boils and the gravey becomes thick, remove from fire.
