- 4 potatoes - boiled and mashed
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 4tbsp oil
- handful plian flour

1. heat oil in a shallow frying pan on a medium heat.
2. add mashed potatoes into a bowl, add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
3. mix together and form four round pancakes. this can be done by patting the mixture in the palm of wet hands so mixture does not stick.
4. cook for 3mins on each side until golden brown in colour.
5 serve with backed beanz, and sunnyside up egg.
