- 2 Avocado's (chopped)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 packet Taco Mix
- Grated Red Leicester Cheese
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small tin Black Olives (chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 bunch Spring Onions (chopped)

Very simply layer the ingredients:-
Layer 1 - Refried beans
Layer 2 - Chopped Avocado
Layer 3 - Sour Cream/Mayo/Taco Mix all mixed together
Layer 4 - Grated Cheddar Cheese
Layer 5 - Grated Red Leicester Cheese
Layer 6 - Chopped black olives
Layer 7 - Chopped tomatoes
Layer 8 - Chopped Spring Onions
Simply serve with some 'strong' taco chips
