- 3oz melted butter
- ½ pint double cream
- lemon juice
- 2oz sugar
- 150g plain philadelphia cheese
- fruit to decorate

Melt butter and add biscuits crumbed.Press into flan dish,Beat cheese and cream in seperate bowls then fold together with lemon juice and sugar.Pile on top of crumed base and place in refrigerator until set.
