Ingredients
- 340g Minced beef
- 56g Fresh white breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Mixed herbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 (about 225g) Large onion
- 28g Plain white flour
- 280ml Beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1. Mix together the minced beef, breadcrumbs, egg, seasoning and mixed herbs into one lump, then create small meatballs from it.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
3. While the oil is heating put a tablespoon of flour into a dish. Dip each meatball into the flour to coat. You may need to add more flour.
4. Fry the meatballs until brown all over then remove from the pan.
5. Fry the onion then add one tablespoon of flour. Put the meatballs back in the pan and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for thirty minutes or until cooked.
