Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

I made this last weekend and it went down a storm!! My husband LOVED it and I will be making it this weekend when we have people over.

Method

  1. 1

I just used a mixer and put all ingredients in together and mixed (not the cream or jam which is used as the filling

Cover the bottom of cake tins in Grease proof paper

cook for 20-25 mins at 150-170 degrees

Once cool spread the jam and whisk the cream until thick and spread over. Place one cake on top of the other and sprinkle some icing sugar over the top!

Make a cup of tea and enjoy!

Hi - I like the sound of your victoria sandwich and would like to have a go at it. Mine are always a disaster and I don't know why. I wonder what size of tin you use for this amount? I have a feeling I am using too small times. thanks for your help. Sue
