    Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.Fry along with bacon and onion for around 8 mins,until browned.
    Cook potato slices in a large pan of boiling water for around 10 mins or until just soft.Drain and allow to cool slightly.
    Put the cream cheese in a small pan with the stock and heat gently,until the cream cheese has melted.Season to taste.
    Place half of the sausage mixture in a greased oven-proof dish,layer with half of the potato slices and cover with half of the sauce.
    Repeat the process and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 25 mins or until heated through and golden.

You could use philidelphia,but i use tesco's 'own'brand cream cheese:)
