Ingredients
- 5oz Chopped Hazelnuts
- 1 orange
- 1oz carob powder
- 9 tbsp soya oil
- 9 tbsp clear honey
- 8oz wholemeal flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

Lightly oil and line 2lb loaf tin.
Grate rind and squeeze juice from orange. Seive casbo powder.
Blend orange rind, orange juice, oil and honey together in bowl. Add every thing else, but only 4oz of Hazelnut.
Spoon mixture into tin. Pour remaining hazelnuts on top.
Bake at 150 degrees for 50 mins
