Method

Heat the Alpro Hazelnut milk along with the orange zest and cinnamon stick until boiling.

Remove the milk from the heat and whisk in the chocolate.

Leave the mixture to infuse for 10 minutes,

Strain and reheat to your desired temperature before serving.

Instead of solid chocolate, you could use 4 heaped teaspoons of hot chocolate powder. And for a final flourish, try topping with a sweet, sticky caramelised marshmallow.
