- 8oz Dried figs (chopped)
- 1 Eating apple
- 6oz Soya marge
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Self-raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- To decorate Apple

Lightly oil and line 2lb loaf tin.
Grate 1 apple and mix in everything else but 1 apple.
Pour into tin and decorate with apple.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1hr, 30mins. Brush with reamining honey.
