- 1 large carton double cream

Auntie Julie inherited the trifle bowl from Great Grandma although she doesn't quite put as much sherry in as Grandma did!! Jules added the maltesers but not on this ocassion hic!

Slice swiss roll and place along bottom of trifle dish,Pour sherry over swiss roll,pour on custard and top with whipped double cream sprinkle top with crushed maltesers. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
