i was bored with steamed white fish bland and out of date
Method

brush the skin side of the cod with the olive oil
fry for two [2] minutes or until the skin is crisp
place fish on a baking tray skin down
mix all ingredients together and spread on to the fish
place under a medium pre heated grill for 2 - 3 min or until the bread crumb mixture is browned
