Always wondered how to make pavalova got this recipe in a book and so had a go at making it myself and it turned out delicious have a go people and see what yous think

    1 preheat the oven to 13Ooc/260of using a desert plate as a guide,draw a 220cm 8inch circle on the sheet of baking parchment .turn over the paper aand use it to line a baking tray (2)separate the eggs very carefully,putting the whites into an absolutely clean.dry,bowl,(3) whisk the egg whites until ssoft peaks form.add half the sugar and whisk until the meringue is stiff and glossy.(4)gradually whisk in the remaining sugar,then the vinegar and ccornflour.(5) use a metal spoon to spread the meringue within the marked circle and make a slight hollow in the centre to hold the filling later bake for 1 hour until crisp outside and soft inside.allow to cool on baking tray .(6) use a metal spatula or fish slice to ease the pavalova off the paper and on to serving plate before starting to fill and decorate it.(7) for the filling,whisk the cream until it is stiff,then pile it into the hollow of the meringue case.(8) arrange the fruit. attractively on top of the creamy filling.
