1. put your oven on at gas mark 3
2. grease and line a baking tray
3. seperate the eggs
4. beat the egg white
5. add the sugar gradually
6. put that on the tray and shape into a circle
7. put in oven
8. check it, it should be crisp and golden/white in colour
9. leave to cool
10. once cooled add cream and fruit
11. ENJOY!!!
