Ingredients
- 6oz Plain Flour
- 190ml Milk
- 100ml Water
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 2oz Sugar
- 1 heaped tsp Baking Powder

Thick Fluffy pancakes
Method

Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl
Add sugar
Make a well with the flour and add the eggs
Mix water and milk
Add milk mixture to the flour and eggs bit by bit whisking at the same time.
Heat a small frying pan on a medium high heat with a knob of butter
Add a ladle full of the mixture and let cook untill bubbles form all over top.
Flip over with a spatular and cook other side for a minute.
Do this with all the mixture, should make about 10 small but thick pancakes.
Serve with butter, syrup or maple syrup
Chef's Tips
If you want to be extra naughty u can add a few choc chips to the pancake once u have put a ladle full into the pan, then flip over.
Also to be extra extra naughty you can use the chocolate fudge sauce that is in my chocolate dirt cake recipe and drizzle over the top before the sahce cools.....enjoy!

Oooooh, they sound really good! Love the idea of adding chocolate AND chocolate sauce. Will have to give these a try.
