- 6oz white chocolate chips
- 6oz plain chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3oz cocoa powder
- 8oz plain flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Put into a mixing bowl the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt and and fold into the butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and olive oil and beat.
5. Drop by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet.
6. Cook in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar.
