1. Roughly chop the onion.
2. Put it in a bowl with the beef, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
3. Mix everything together with your hands.
4. Shape the mixture into six balls, and then flatten them.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
6. Grill for 6-7 mins on each side.
7. Put the burgers in the burger buns and add garnish of your choice.
Chef's Tips
You can cook them on the barbeque. Just make sure they're cooked through.
