1. First crack the egg into a mixing bowl and whisk so no white bits (while doing this add a pinch of salt for flavour).
2. Cut the bread into thick long pieces and soak into the egg.
3. Light the hob and place a pan with a drop of oil in it (ALWAYS REMEMBER LET THE OIL HEAT UP BEFORE LETTING IT GO ALL AROUND THE PAN!)
4. Add the bread and let one side brown then turn them over,
finally when both sides are brown put on a plate and enjoy :)
