Ingredients
- 8oz self raising flour
- 6oz Butter
- 6oz sugar
- 4 eggs. beaten
- 250ml milk
- 3oz cocoa powder
- 2oz milk chocolate

i like this recipe as it is easy and quick to make. I first made it for an easter cake.
Method

1. turn oven on at gas mark 6
2. beat eggs and sugar in a bowl untill a light cream colour
3. add butter and beat again
4. seive in half the flour and fold in, then do the same with the rest
5. add cocoa powder, milk and melted chocolate and fold in
6. grease 2 round sandwich tins, and put the mixture in.
7. put them in the oven and check them after 20
8. once fully cooked take out the oven and leave to cool before icing
