Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Once mixed, place in a loaf tin and pack it down.
Place in the oven and bake for approx 45 mins to 1 hour. Test that it is cooked in the middle. The top can be covered with foil for part or all of the cooking time to give the dish a softer less crispy top.
Unusual - there is stock, herbs and worcestershire sauce to flavour it. With good mince or minced steak there should be a nice meaty flavour.
where did i go wrong ?
