Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
This is a recipe I scribbled down many years ago, given to me by a close friend, I believe it was her mother's. The brilliant thing about it is there is no pre cooking!

Cut up all ingredients, if not already specified (not baby onions).
Toss the meat in the flour, place in a casserole dish and add the bacon, carrot, chopped onion, garlic, thyme and bayleaf.
Add the liquids.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 150degrees (Gas 3) and cook for 2 hours - fry the baby onions and mushrooms and add these for the last 1/2 hour or so.
