Ingredients
- 50ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 garlic cloves. crushed
- 1 tspn mustard
- 1 tbspn mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tspn sugar
- splash lemon juice
- 1 bag spinach leaves
- 250g Strawberries washed and cut into quarters
- 1 large Mango - cubed
- ½ Red onion sliced thinly
- 150g honey roasted cashew nuts - whole

Place the spinach in a bowl first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients together. Shake or mix well before (especially before using)
Dress & toss salad just before serving or it will all go soggy
