Ingredients
- 800 gms Value Mince
- 2 Cups Onions - finely chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic - grated
- 2 Cups Freshly chopped Parsley
- 2 Oxo Beef Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Worcester Sauce
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 egg Beaten into 2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Description
This is a self made recipe (Trial & Error) - my husband loves these and we eat them hot as a meal, cold as snacks or they are really yummy on sandwiches.(Cheap and easy)
Method

1. Mix together all ingredients in order they are listed - mixing well with each addition.
2. Cover and let stand for half an hour.
3. Shape into balls (slightly bigger than golf balls) - makes 36-40 meatballs.
4. Drizzle Olive Oil into a large frying pan and heat -
5. Fry meatballs(do them in two lots if pan is not big enough) gently, turning as they brown - for 20 mins or till cooked through.
6. Drain on absorbant Kitchen paper - Newspaper also works well.
Can be kept up to one week in a sealed container in the fridge.
