- 1 large onion
- 12 pork chipolatas
- 340g American long grain rice
- 1 400g can Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup
- to taste salt and pepper

METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Reduce the heat by 20° if using a fan-assisted electric oven.
2. Slice the onion into rings about 5mm thick, separate the rings.
3. Brown the outside of the chipolatas in a frying pan.
4. Place the rice, then the chipolatas, then the onion rings into a large casserole.
5. Pour the Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup over the ingredients. Fill the empty can with cold water and add that too.
6. Cover the casserole with a lid and cook in the bottom of the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
7. Serve when the rice is just tender.
This dish would also work well with skinless chicken breast
