Very disappointing...I think that I should have used par cooked potatoes after the hour they were still raw. It spoilt what should have been a welcome home meal (my friend Had just come out of hospital). I had to put the potatoes in the microwave for about 5-6 minutes but only after serving the dish to my friends. Also I think the site should have a conversion page so that we can convert "blooming" "cup and 1/2 cup" ingredients. However once I had cooked the potatoes (in the microwave) the dish was quite nice, but I agree with the previous reviewer's comment about the addition of garlic, would be good. Sorry for the negative revue but that's how it was for me and my friends. It was quite embarrassing
tried this last night was very easy and quick but i ended up adding some garlic and cream as i found it slightly bland.all family loved it. would cook again.

I think Paulam was using celsius and the original recipe is in Fahrenheit
Tried this recipe last night, a nice easy meal when you don't have time to stand over the cooker! Really enjoyed it very tasty indeed. Not sure if your 350 degrees is right though my cooker doesnt go that hot, i had it on 250 and the sauce was spilling over the dish so I think 200 degrees for 1 hour is plenty.
