- 150g crushed digestive biscuits
- 75g Melted butter
- 200g White chocolate
- 200g Plain Chocolate
- 200g Milk chocolate
- 375g Mascarpone
- 375g Cream cheese

1. Mix melted butter and digestives together and press into a spring form cake tin. Chill for 30 mins.
2. Melt chocolate in bowl over a pan of boiling water, once melted leave to cool slightly.
3. Gently beat together cream cheese, cream and mascapone (this is easier is they are at room temp). Once combined, divide into 3. Mix each of the chocolates into a third of the cream mixture.
4. Spread plain chocolate over digestive base, followed by White chocolate, followed by milk. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
