Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

This dish is very quick and as we have frequent guests coming into my house before
they go into town, this is what they get if they’re hungry. They’re always very grateful

Method

  1. 1

    1. Preheat the oven to
    200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6

    2. Place the salmon on a baking tray. Mix together the oyster sauce,
teriyaki and honey then brush a little over the fish.

    3. Roast for 8–10
minutes until glazed and just cooked through. Set aside.

    4. Heat the
oil in a wok, then fry the ginger, garlic and chilli for 1 minute.

    4. Stir-fry
the broccoli or any larger, harder vegetable for 3 minutes, then add
the leafy vegetables and cook for 1–2 minutes more. Stir in the rest
of the sticky sauce, heat through and serve with the fish.
