This Large Tea Cake is a delightful treat that combines layers of rich chocolate and fluffy marshmallows, all encased in a crunchy digestive biscuit base. Method

    Line a pirex bowl with cling film.

    Melt 100g chocolate and line the inside of the bowl then put into the fridge to set.

    When set, melt the marshmallows in a microwave for 40 seconds till melted.

    Add the melted marshmallows into the bowl with the set chocolate, then put into fridge to set for about 2 hours.

    When set, melt 300g chocolate then mix in the crushed digestives.

    Add the mixture on top of the set marshmallow then put in fridge to set.

    When set, turn upside down and peel cling film slowly off the chocolate.
