Preheat oven to 180°c
Line a roasting tray or brownies tray with greaseproof paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate.
In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar.
Fold in the flour and then pour in melted chocolate.
Stir in the nuts and essence.
Pour in baking tray.
Bake for 23 minutes. But this depends on your oven!! One minute can turn brownies really dry!
