Phoebe Pancakes

nice ,thin, sweet pancake specially made for children.

Method

1. Mix the flour and salt together in the bowl.

2. Break the egg and put it into the bowl,stir the flour in slowly.

3. Mix well for 1 minute.

4. Add the milk slowly.

5. Beat for 2 minutes.

6. Put the frying pan on the stove melt the butter.

7. Pour some of the mixture into the frying pan slowly and spread round by tilting the frying pan.

8. Cook on low heat.

9. After about 1 minute turn it over and cook the other side until firm.

10. Remove carefully and then and filling.

Ingredients

Butter slice
Milk ½ pint
Salt pinch
Egg 1
Flour 112g
